The Nina Dunn HDFC is a highly regarded, affordable Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC) cooperative located at 1670 Longfellow Avenue in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the Bronx, New York

The building was originally constructed in 1913 as a tenement and later converted into a cooperative residence in the 1980s.

The co-op is named after Nina Dunn, a fierce community leader and resident who fought to preserve the building.

In the late 1970s, after the original landlord abandoned the property, Dunn spearheaded a tenant-led movement.

She is remembered for standing up against local crime, often patrolling the lobby and actively pushing drug dealers out of the building to protect her neighbors.
